Friendly and Knowledgeable
Lisa was great to work with! She knows the market extremely well and worked with my constraints and schedule. She had a large amount of research already done and a strategy developed before the first time we met which gave me a lot of confidence. She will help you in any way that she can and has great resources for anything that you might need. She is very friendly and a pleasure to work with!

Lisa berry has been phenomenal, We have purchased several properties and homes in the coastal area. When we met Lisa we were looking at a home that she was showing. We told her that we had a home in Bay Harbor that we were going to list, Lisa asked if we had anyone representing us to which we have one that has semi retired, so we talked it over between ourselves and gave her the opportunity to represent us. Since that day Lisa has done three deals for us and will be representing us from here on out. Lisa is awesome to say the least, me and my wife are very comfortable around her and she takes care of business like you would expect. Lisa represents Coldwell Banker like a Professional..... Lisa is fast paced and very considerate when it comes to helping you buy and sell a home! In today's market you cannot uses a realtor that doesn't have the drive that Lisa has. I had a rental property in central Ohio under another realtor for 9 months. I only had 5 showings and no serious offers. When I contacted Lisa she did the research and referred a Caldwell Banker realtor from the Columbus area. I had a cash offer in less than two days and finally had a firm offer within a month of the listing. Lisa continued to follow up with me to make sure the process was progressing, which it did.
