Hello! I'm Sharen Lofties, retired military spouse whose real estate career began shortly after a military transfer in 2006. Sharen was very conscientious, reliable and knowledgeable. She always provided us with useful and pertinent information, always making sure to answer any follow up questions or to find out whether we were comfortable moving forward. Sharen was always there when we needed her. She would set up viewings at the earliest possible times even on very short notice. Sharen was very effective at communicating information and very good at finding avenues for negotiation which ultimately helped us to purchase our home at a great price. Our experience with Sharen exceeded our expectations. She continued to be instrumental in our transition to Texas even after the purchase of our home by assisting us with preparing the house for our arrival.
