Janice surpassed every expectation we had for a realtor. Buying a new home can be stressful, but she took all the stress off of us. Her knowledge of the market and area made it so much easier since we weren’t sure exactly what part of the Coastal Bend we wanted to relocate to. We met her on a Wednesday and had an accepted offer on a home that weekend. She is the best at what she does but what makes her even more special is her personality. She is truly there for her clients from start to finish.

Janice is a well experienced realitor and it shows. When we told her we were first time home buyers, she walked us through the process and made sure to keep the process a stress free as possible for us. We used a VA home loan and she was very knowledgeable on the procedures for that and made sure we didn't have any questions. I never had to worry about her not answering her phone or not getting back to me. I'd give her more than 5 stars if I could. Highly recommend.

Janice paid Close attention to detail, She knew the area I was interested and did not try to sell me a house that was out of my range or not what I was looking for! I highly recommend Janice!! She was extremely helpful and patient as we dabbled in and out of house hunting until we found our perfect home. She made sure we saw the good, bad and ugly of every house we looked at. Although I know she is very busy, she always took extra little steps to make me feel like I was her most important client. We liked this lady until she told us there was no way we could ever buy a house with my husbands credit and that our broker was lying to us! She said we would waste all of our money and we were very scared/embarrassed and almost listened to her. She wouldn't even show us anymore houses. There was a house in calallen that we wanted to see and she said it was sold! When we asked a different realtor, he told us it wasn't sold! Thank God we trusted our broker over her and got a different realtor...if not we wouldn't be living in our first home!
